Caryn Wunderlich, M.D. - Clinical Breast Radiologist

Dr. Caryn Wunderlich is a Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist with a medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in Chicago, IL. Dr. Wunderlich's surgical residency training was at the University of Chicago and Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD prior to completing her radiology residency at the University of Texas, San Antonio. She completed a fellowship in Radiology Research at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore, MD.

In addition to her breast imaging responsibilities at the Knoxville Comprehensive Breast Center, Dr. Wunderlich is responsible for patient and staff education. She is Director of Bone Densitometry and is certified by the International Society of Clinical Densitometry.

Dr. Wunderlich has served on committees with the local branches of the American Cancer Society and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. She has lectured on breast imaging to various lay and professional groups throughout East Tennessee.

Dr. Wunderlich is a current member of the National Consortium of Breast Centers and has served as a Trustee of this organization.
