Women who are asymptomatic, that is, those women who do not have breast lumps or discharge, are candidates for screening mammography. This service is provided at our fixed locations in Knoxville and Oak Ridge and by our Mobile Mammography Program. All the women in our screening program can be assured that their screening mammograms are read by Clinical Breast Radiologists assisted by state-of-the-art equipment. Our fixed sites and mobile units are all certified by the FDA. Performing the mammogram takes about 15 minutes, and the screening fee also includes the reading of the films.
